Overview
Recurring problems are expensive. This workshop teaches a disciplined approach to root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) that works across manufacturing, healthcare and service operations.
Participants bring their own workplace problems and apply 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams and fault trees to reach verified causes and robust actions.
